If you're looking for the perfect intimate setting for your dream day you've come to the right place. Starlight Grove is a one of a kind country venue established for fund raisers, weddings, receptions, celebrations, parties, reunions, picnics or any kind of gathering of up to 800 people day or night.

The park-like setting is situated on a quiet country road with no disruptive through traffic. Beautiful garden landscape is surrounded by a grove of trees with flowering landscapes, and water effects. Lighted gazebos, and trees with string lighting overhead in the evenings create an unforgettable ambiance for your event. Large dance floor with seating areas surrounded by lush grass and garden landscape is unlike any venue option you've seen including those costing 3 and 4 times the price. Packages to accommodate any budget can be arranged and we will assist you with as much or as little of the arrangements as you request. At Starlight Grove you have the freedom to customize your selection of vendors to fit your individual preferences on everything you need. We do not ad surcharges or require you to use our vendors and will help you find the best prices on catering, DJ, rental equipment and more.

Book a date and get the entire weekend! Do you know that at Starlight Grove Events when you book your special day you also get the day before to set up? You can also have your rehearsal dinner here the night before at no additional charge! For many this works beautifully when their wedding party, family and friends are already present helping setting up and the goal is efficient, affordable elegance.  In addition we allow you to day after for clean up so you aren’t required to clean and clear everything the night of your celebration. You also have the option of leaving all the clean up and break down to us in place of the cleaning deposit.

Starlight Grove is a very special unique quiet country venue on a private estate. We are not a high volume commerical venue and therefore only one booking is available per weekend. We allow your group full 3 day access for set up, rehearsal, and clean up. Most weddings occur on Saturdays but we will acoomodate a Frday and Sunday event still giving you the day before and after for all your set up/take down needs. The vendor you select for table and chair rental will drop as early as Thursday and pick up as late as Monday or Tuesday which is standard. We allow you to have your rehearsal dinner on site if desired.
Other days can be booked for special occasions or events by special request. We will give you a customized price quote for these as well.

Amplified sound and music has to be turned off at 10PM any day of the week in keeping with country residential sound ordinances.

There is a NON REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT of $600 towards the base fee for weddings with reception which is $35 person up to 100 people and $10 person thereafter. The deposit is due immediately in order to book the date, and the balance is due one month before the event.

There is a cleaning/security deposit of $400, which will be returned if the property is as clean as you found it.

You must provide the standard friends and family single event liabilty insurance including liquor liability if you will be serving alcohol naming everyone in your party plus owners, staff and premised of 13616 E. Bullard Ave. from potential accident, damage and loss. Your home owners or renters insurance typically provides it or we can refer you to several other providers for quotes which typically cost $75-$150

We are always happy to answer all your questions and schedule as many tours as needed for you and your family to make a decision. Once you have booked you are welcome to come out as often as you need with your planner, family and friends to make all necessary arrangements leading up to your special day!
